What people say about us
The warmth and friendliness of all staff members is lovely for both the residents and their visiting families. Staff are always informative, patient and also genuinely kind-hearted. The carers go above and beyond and treat all residents with dignity and affection. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, providing a sense of relaxation.
A short respite stay, enjoyable in every way, with good food, lovely staff, and friendly caring people.
Everything is 10/10. The staff are very, very friendly and helpful as well as being creative.
I feel that the best leadership is in an environment, where the staff know what to do at all times and use their initiative in an appropriate manner. The staff here demonstrated that the leadership and training were excellent. I cannot fault the staff at this home in any way and would recommend this home to anyone.
We have always felt that Dad was in the best place receiving love, care and attention at all times even under very difficult circumstances which gave the family peace of mind. Thank you all very much.
From the moment Mum entered Hamble Heights she was treated with the utmost love, care and respect from every member of staff. Although she was bedridden she received every care and attention and was exceedingly happy there.
My Mother has been a resident at Hamble Heights for 17 months. We chose the home as it’s near the family and is purpose built. However, the most important reasons are the wonderful care staff and nurses and the excellent food. My Mother tells me that there is always an alternative dish served if you would rather have this. The activities organiser is great and very innovative. They gave my Mum a fabulous 100th birthday party.
The home and staff have been amazing. To begin with dad was able to participate in activities that they put on which was brilliant. Dad has advanced dementia and is now bed bound and unable to communicate at all but he is always clean shaven, nails clipped and in bed with appropriate pillows etc. the nurses and carers have always been kind and I thank them every week that they take such good care of Dad.
What can I say. Absolutely excellent home and the most caring team of staff that I have ever had the pleasure to know. This home is outstanding and staff always go the extra mile to ensure that residents and their families are made to feel welcome and included.

Bon Voyage Club went to Australia this afternoon and enjoyed a day out at the Zoo in our stunning garden.
We saw crocodiles, sharks, Box Jellyfish, kangaroos, spiders, wallaby’s, koalas and we even caught a glimpse of a Tasmanian Devil. What a lovely sunny day we all enjoyed.

A big thank you to Sasha and her team from EIGHT Financial Advice, who came to talk to residents and the community about Financial Planning for later life.
It was very informative and relevant. The cheese and wine went down very well. We would also like to thank our residents families who joined us this evening. We hope it helped you with any questions you had.
