We provide detailed and individual care plans which reflect each resident’s care needs as well as their unique character and preferences. Care plans are adapted as requirements change and our team work to support and maintain individuality, dignity and independence.
As well as exceptional care we provide companionship, friendship and empathy to our residents. We go the extra mile to ensure that residents start feeling at home from day one.
Our nurse-led team are on-hand to provide excellent standards of care 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Activities
We have a diverse, daily activities programme ranging from arts and crafts, gardening and yoga through to in-house singers and trips out to local attractions.
Our activities co-ordinators are focused on helping residents to thrive and offer them the chance to socialise, either one-to-one or within a group setting. The team will go out of their way to ensure that there is something for everyone to enjoy and look forward to. They get to know all the residents’ likes and dislikes and are happy to accommodate any suggestions for new activities or entertainment.

Food
Good quality food is vital to our residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, and we know mealtimes are something our residents look forward to at Hamble Heights – so we don’t let them down!
We provide high-quality, home-cooked meals that are both nutritious and delicious. Our skilled on-site chef prepares fresh, seasonal dishes tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences. Residents enjoy a variety of meals, from hearty breakfasts such as scrambled eggs and cereal to wholesome lunches and dinners including roast chicken and beer battered cod and chips.
We also cater for vegetarian, gluten-free, and diabetic-friendly options. Each meal is made with care, ensuring a balanced diet that promotes overall health and wellbeing.
Residents can eat in the communal dining areas, or if they would prefer a quieter mealtime they can be served in their rooms. Snacks and drinks are provided throughout the day.

Facilities
Our modern and purpose-built home was designed to put residents’ needs first. Our rooms are large, private and have ensuite wet-rooms.
The communal spaces are all furnished to a high standard. The emphasis is on comfort, to make it feel like a home from home. Hamble Heights offers a great community feel with comfortable lounges, bistro dining rooms, a bar, and even a hair salon.
The residents’ rooms are fully furnished and kept spotlessly clean, and there is plenty of space to personalise if residents wish to bring their own furniture, pictures or ornaments.
